Floats and Cable Drums

The VS200 Floatation device is designed to carry both Profiling Sonar and CCTV camera for inspection above and below the water line. The float can be adjusted using the arms to operate in a variety of pipes and culverts with a minimum span of 600mm. Fixing eyes either end allow the float to be tethered for free flow or winching. Manufactured from PVC and Stainless Steel and weighing 18.6Kg the float can cater for a maximum payload of 30Kg.

The 200m hand operated cable drum has an integral slip ring assembly and shaft encoder to monitor the amount of cable deployed. With the handle extended the drum can move easily on its wheels between deployments.
